I was a bit skeptical at first, but it really works. The material makes it feel cheap, but it won't melt in a hot pot or pan and easily handles a large pan, I mean a large one. I've used mine 2 times to drain all the fat from the meat for a 2.5 lb hamburger. Garlic peeler, I really thought we were joking. It's actually pretty cool, and shelling has become a lot faster than a cutterhead and shell removal. The pastry brush is ok, you can get better as it seems very cheap. It's optional so I can't

I like this idea and it works

I like this idea and it works. I didn't read the comments in the questions section carefully - I have pans with rounded edges. The clips don't want to go beyond the rounded edges. I can work with him to push them beyond my limits, but if you have arthritis that's going to be a problem. I'm worried that if I push it over the edge the clips will break sooner than usual, but I can buy a new one for $10. Maybe they could make the clips a bit wider, which would make them more accessible for those of

Great buy, durable and well made

I actually only bought this for a colander. It was amazing and so easy to use. It's very easy to clean and much better than putting everything in a colander and then back in the pot. Bonus, I can take apart the clips and clean them instead of unwanted debris getting in the grooves and not being able to remove them. I don't think it should be cleaned this way as it takes a minute to reattach the clips. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. It comes with a pastry brush and a garlic peeler…

It's fine, but don't throw away the colander.

Had a chance to try this last week while toasting a hamburger - tried to drain the fat from the pan but was disappointed they couldn't make it to be used for anything more than thin could. brick cookware. It doesn't fit my cast iron skillet. It doesn't work on my aluminum cookware, but it does work on Teflon-coated pans and Revere cookware (yes, they're 40+ years old and still going strong). I tried again with pasta the next night and it worked fine - unless you have a lot of pasta in the pot -
