Great service for managing various aspects across many different clients

The ability to automate some of our more tedious tasks was great as we can now manage everything from one place with ease! We struggled when it came time set up things like SSL certificates, but their support team helped us right away once I reached out via Slack chat (which saved me $100!). It would be helpful if they offered an API so integration could become easier moving forward; however this wasn't something discussed at signup either way which isn’t surprising given how easy setting these

Pros
  • also that its cloud native helps provide flexibility across many devices too :)
Cons
  • There's still no real AI assistant built into platform yet :(

Great Customer Service and Price Point

The best thing about their support was it's response time, they are very quick to respond even if you're not in US or UK timeszone which I like because of my work schedule as well when i'm at home sometimes late hours so this helps me alot! And also price point compared with other companies out there - $9/mo per site (which seems cheap). Not much dislike really but nothing either now everything great!! Don't go wrong buying into stratic plan compare prices from others providers before deciding…

  • Great customer service good techs who understand problems quickly get back soon after calling them too fast turn around for issues that need attention within 24hrs 48 hrs is amazing.also pricing its affordable enough considering all services included..i love using stratitic hosting since many years ago.it has been reliable always :) keep up wth quality !!!!
