Great for virtual work meetings on all platforms, teams, zoom, webex, google. Mine does this sometimes, maybe once a week when it blinks then on the other side it looks like someone is turning a light on and off. I usually end my call, then reconnect and everything works fine. A small problem, but otherwise the quality is excellent.

My computer has a built in camera which is at the bottom of the screen which is not a good angle for my daughter during a virtual class as the teacher always needs to see what she is on the table and wants to see her work. So I bought her an extra handheld camera. It's so easy to install and work with. The camera also has a built-in light, which is a plus.

Well I was hoping this would work as I work from home. The picture was good, the microphone picked up my voice well. At first I was very satisfied, but after a week the camera stopped working when using the lighting function. It generally makes sense to buy one with a backlight... at least it stopped working during the Revain return period. Don't waste your money on it.

It doesn't snap tight enough when installed on a monitor. It moves too easily when adjusting or capping the camera. As a result, I can't use it that way. I have to use a tripod. It's very short, so I adjusted it to something much taller to get the height I wanted. I use this camera at work when I need to record videos. I can get it to work when I need it - if I needed it more often I would have to go the other way.

I like the optional tripod combined with the reasonable length cable. This gives you more options. This is a quality camera. Now, in a Zoom meeting, I'm always the one with cinema quality video compared to everyone else, lol. My previous webcam didn't have these features. The only thing my old webcam had that this one doesn't is the ability to pan left and right. The video quality is incredible for such a cheap device. My MacBook Pro's camera makes up for the poor lighting in my office a little better than this camera, but video is still great for video conferencing at work. I connected it to my Windows 10 PC and my MacBook Pro and the camera was immediately recognized by the operating system on both and could be used without having to manually install anything or change any settings.
