Demolition chair assembly instructions

If you actually follow step 2 as shown in the figure, the chair cannot be moved up and down. The "lid" that you remove from the inside of the cylinder is orange in color and is very important. The cover you need to remove is black and we had it on the underside of the chair seat. When you remove the orange "cap" from the cylinder, you ensure that the lever on the seat does not operate the gas cylinder and you cannot raise the seat from the height specified by the manufacturer. chair but now…

The top was tilted, wobbly and scratched

When I assembled the stool, the top tilted slightly and felt dizzy when turning. He also rocked on his leg, not so much that I felt like he was going to collapse, but the constant movement was disconcerting. There was a small scratch on top. Finally it was a bit difficult to return the assembled one as it was not disassembled. I have repeatedly tried contacting the manufacturer's support to ask how to take it apart but have been unable to get through to anyone and after leaving a few messages…

Very happy so far

Received this via a warehouse sale so was prepared that it may need a touch up but it only has a few small chips around the edges hence isn't this urgent (I'll probably sand and wax them lightly to improve the vintage look.) At $30 it was a steal - really easy to put together and pretty comfortable.Fits perfectly on a matching drafting table and adjusts to the correct height for a horizontal or tilted table. Someone has complained that they can't pick it up and carry it without the top falling…
