Studio Designs Riviera Drafting Chair Review

Very disappointed with this chair. If they want to send me a replacement I will change my rating and assume this chair was not manufactured correctly. If there is no response, that rating stands and the buyer is on guard. This means low quality, no lag, and poor customer support. Your choice.

The rear part of the chair connecting the backrest to the seat is twisted. I can't tell if it's plastic or if there's metal under the plastic. In any case, this part makes sitting very uncomfortable. I looked everywhere and had no idea how to get the company it came from. I am writing a bad review here. I hate leaving bad reviews before giving a company a chance to fix things.

I wasn't sure which drafting chair to buy because I didn't want to pay the return shipping cost if one didn't fit. Comfort was my number one priority. I have very long legs and was concerned about other chairs that didn't have an adjustable footrest so I chose this chair and am very glad I did. This chair is sturdy and comfortable. I was happy to choose this chair because it was exactly what I wanted. It was very easy to assemble by yourself, it only took 30-45 minutes. This chair is also very comfortable. What I like best about this chair is that it has an adjustable footrest at the bottom and the chair itself is adjustable to fit whatever height I use with my new desk. If I want to sit at my table I can lower the height of my chair so I can sit on it and if I want my table to be higher I can raise it so I can sit…

Decent quality chair at a good price. It's about as comfortable as any other inexpensive office furniture you've sat on. My only criticism of the chair is that the footrest ring doesn't stay in place. No matter how much torque I apply to the tuning knob, it slowly moves down the gas cylinder. I had to reinstall it every week until I attached a piece of aluminum bracket to the cylinder that I had lying around to support the ring. Assembly was easy and I hardly had to look at the pictogram…
