I love that we can create our own designs using their software! It's easy for my coworkers & me because there isn't too much training needed in order learn how it functions (we have an IT guy who helped us). We were able to make custom fleece blankets with different patterns which was very nice considering all of them had been made previously by other manufacturers without customization options available. I have no complaints as of now about this product but if you need help with anything feel free ask them they will be more then happy tto assist in anyway possible. I like that you can customize your own designs for different purposes with this product line! The patterns are well thought out so it's easy enough if someone new is looking at them or even experienced sewists need help understanding how they work together (which makes sense). It takes some practice but once figured our there its very intuitive which helps alot as far getting people comfortable using these products goes!!
