Product looks good but was disappointed to see the recipes were mostly cottage cheese and not a pure egg recipe. The biggest problem is that the lid cracked the first time I used it (unfortunately after the return period had expired). We plugged it in to preheat and heard a crackle after two minutes. Very disappointing and hope to return.

It is intended for a single person or a family. It takes 8 to 10 minutes to prepare 4 or 9 Egg Bites. I use it to make breakfast all week and in 20 minutes my 4 egg slices are ready for each day of the week. I make mine with jalapenos and spinach. Total ketogenic breakfast daily. It's on my shelf. He is durable. Easy to clean. I love it.

Bought hoping to make Egg Bites look like Starbucks and was not disappointed. I chose this one after reading the reviews about the smaller 4-bit size. I've used it several times and have had great results every time. I followed the recipe in the brochure and took the advice of another reviewer who suggested triple the amount of cottage cheese. It is very easy to use and clean.

This product works great but the instructions say the silicone cups are dishwasher safe. DO NOT wash in the dishwasher. I have tried everything to get the dishwasher soap out of them including boiling them in hot water and then soaking them in vinegar covered in baking soda and vinegar after cooking and even baking... Unfortunately the egg bites after all this but has still a faint taste. as a dishwashing detergent.

The color is nice and it works as promised except it doesn't get as hot as the smaller versions. Food usually just sits there while it cooks. With the smaller version, it takes a little longer to get the same results. Originally bought to cook for my family on a larger scale rather than using the mini version a dozen times. I hope this helps with making quesadillas. I recommend if you understand from the start that it will be less effective than its mini version so you don't get disappointed…

Instructions are not clear at all. The recipes are more understandable but I really didn't want to stick to the recipes so I didn't think to look at them initially until I got frustrated with the instructions and started looking for more clarity. The device is crooked. It says pour some water on the ground, but all the water flowed into a corner. So I added lots of water to lightly cover all the corners. Then, of course, there was deep water in one corner. The handle was terribly hot. It wasn't
