Broiler safe in my review

The key feature here is these are safe up to 500-degrees. It seems most ramekins these days are just "oven safe," which is considered a lower baking temp. So, if you're looking to slide these under a broiler or use a hand torch, this is a good bet.Beyond that, these are pretty nice. Hefty product that can nest a bit for stacking.I bought these mainly for individual desserts, but also use them as general dishes for things like side dishes, dipping sauces, and ice cream.

Pros
  • great containers for salt & pepper next to the stove while cooking! easy to add a pinch whenever.
Cons
  • The pockets are too shallow and can barely hold any items securely

Sturdy but heavy in my review

It's sturdy stoneware but honestly, it's a bit heavy for a ramekin. Personally, I still prefer Staub for stoneware as it is lighter and yet it still remains sturdy if you use these things for everyday purposes. I use ramekins ike this everyday for serving food, so having a heavy ramekin is not exactly preferable. Nevertheless, I did not return this item because Staub no longer produces their green line of stoneware like they used to. Le Creuset however still does and is Staub's best alternative

Pros
  • Dresses
Cons
  • The design is too plain and lacks any embellishments or decorations to make it stand out

Great for my use, but horrible delivery

Stoneware are hit and miss when it comes to order via online. I like the size 7 oz and Le Creuset in general so very excited to get them. When they came, one out 2 orders was chipped. I returned and ask for exchange but somehow Ebay quietly retuned my money instead. So, I hesitate to order again although I want to get one more of these. If you don't want to go through any possibility of hassle, just buy at retail store.

Pros
  • Love this. I use it as a sugar bowl. This was packed extremely well.
Cons
  • Very disappointed. I got much nicer ones in Marshall's, Made in Portugal, for $1.99 apiece

Beware the Details good for me

The ramekin is fine, but I should have paid more attention to the details. I ASSUMED, for the price, that it was a set. Nope. 1 lone ramekin for a total price of $50.68 (including shipping). I could have bought multiple sets for that kind of money. It'll make a highly priced little plant pot.

Pros
  • Love it.
Cons
  • The blue color may fade or bleed when washed, making the dress look worn out quickly
