That does not work! Fridge parts and accessories

Must be fake. I moved into a house with a dirty fridge. The ice machine worked fine but I assumed the filter was old and needed replacing. When I installed it without difficulty, it stopped making ice. I took it out, plugged it back in, cycled the ice maker function, cycled the power to reset and NOTHING! waste of money!

OEM, on time and easy to install

This is an OEM replacement filter, easy to install and quick to receive. The supplier also sent an email with a PDF attachment containing a different instruction manual (similar instructions were included in the filter box). No problem. The only thing that will keep me from buying this again when the time comes is the lower price elsewhere.

Original, easy to install

Despite the instructions, it is actually very easy to install. After reading the instructions and warnings, I was terribly concerned that this might be a dangerous and/or difficult task. I shouldn't have been. It only took a few minutes to remove the old filter and replace it with a new one. This item is genuine, in excellent condition and properly packaged for security reasons. I am very comfortable.

Defective Product - Parts & Accessories

This filter literally exploded the first night after installation, flooding the entire floor with water. Our mechanic says he's had several calls about similar exploding filter issues. The lower part of the filter was torn off from the upper part, which made further use of the filter impossible. My wife was skeptical at first because the filter came with no printed instructions. This product does not deserve a star, but a review was required.

SUB ZERO claims not to be sold on AMAZON, but the part appears to be genuine.

I ordered this filter and installed it with no problems. The fridge app indicated that the filter needs to be replaced - it didn't recognize this setting change. When I called SUB ZERO to find out why I keep getting notifications, they replied that I need a genuine filter from one of their/dealer distributors and that "we don't sell parts on AMAZON". Not a very good experience. Addendum: I spoke to the app's technical support and they fixed the error with their notifications. ALL SIGNS INSIST…
