Well-made product: Sewing

I have a large rotating cutting mat and bought it to take to classes and retreats. It's harder than my big one. It seems well done. You can't use it for big blocks like 12 inch, but you can use it for smaller building parts. A friend had it and she liked it so I bought it.

Ideal for quilting

Ideal size for quilting to cut small patterns. I even use it at home when I need to cut small pieces of fabric, so I have to take a big cutting mat with me. The rotation is smooth and saves me the trouble of manually lifting pieces of fabric to turn them over, which, as we know quilters know, can lead to cutting errors.

Cheaply made with horrible smell

It took a few weeks but when I finally received it and took it out of the box I noticed this horrible smell. Like a very obvious Skunk smell. It spins, but definitely not as easy as I thought. It seems cheaper than I expected based on all the positive reviews I've seen. I was really looking forward to it and am definitely disappointed with the quality. It will do the job but I wouldn't buy it again.

Work Smarter, Not Harder

Love it! The bottom is non-slip so it stays firmly on my desk. Important. The surface has such toughness that is also important for my fabric to stay in place. Turns well but not too fast/easy. If it spins too fast, everything I don't want moves. The size is also perfect for the HSTs I'm working on (starting with 4" square pieces). Look at the product description so you know the measurements. I like pink too! I'm 100% satisfied and would buy it Will buy again if needed.So convenient to justโ€ฆ
