It took my husband a while to install and sometimes it gets stuck on the lock so keep checking but I love it. So convenient, you don't have to fetch the keys!

Installation was easy. There was no programming. Several attempts to post my own code and then it worked. The instructions do not include a contact phone number or website to call for help.

Took 2 minutes to install I've been trying to program for 3 hours now and can't find any help or support and I'm a general contractor which is what I do all day and I can't get it to program, is still very difficult

Fits so well as a direct replacement for my Herritage Glen I bought one for my Arctic Fox too. The key fob works but I won't take it with me because of the keyboard. There is a slight weakness when trying to close the door as it is plastic. It would be better if it was metal, but I can't really complain about that. I've been wearing them for about 2 months now with no problems.

This lock seems like a good idea and the price is right - it should have been the first warning sign. This thing doesn't work like you would expect with a locking mechanism or with double locks. just trash. We had to stop at least half a dozen times per trip to secure it again as the only thing keeping the door closed was the folded ladder handle. Terrible product.

This lock is not from the original manufacturer. It is a fake. Not an Rv Lock product. No lion logo on the lock or keychain. I spoke to a rep from Rv Lock, no logo means fake. Buy a genuine Google RV lock. Summit Security is fake, no phone number, no online help. The whole plastic case is of poor quality. The 4 screws that attach it to the door are attached to the plastic, you can pry the lock from the outside with a large screwdriver. Take my word for it, spend a little more and get one made…
