I used this on my back patio sitting area to shade it from the sun that heats things up from morning to mid afternoon everyday. It has given the shade needed to be able to sit under without getting sunburned or melted by the hot Georgia sun. Also, at night, it creates such a nice ambiance that compliments the whole experience when enjoying the fire pit and hanging lights. Love this shade sail. The charcoal color worked out great for blocking sun, keeping the space cool and looks rich. Easy to install and really easy to take down if we want to avoid harsh weather. Had it for 2months and Ive taken it down and put it back up and down 10 times and it’s holding up well. Definitely permeable to water in heavy rain. I prefer to bring it in when it’s stormy; hopefully give it and the hardware a longer life.

I bought this shade sail because my sister has two of them and they are such a great addition to her patio. I love the way they add a living space to my yard. I can sit under this sail when it rains and I'm pretty dry. Love this.

It works best in a rectangle shape as opposed to 2 triangles. It will stretch out after a few days when it is hung, do all corners will need adjusting. It is light and seems to hold up to the wind very well. Ours has been up for a couple of weeks and it has lowered the temps on our patio by at least 10 degrees.

If you don’t have the strong commercial grade poles to hang this from it likely won’t work. Attaching the to the stucco side of the house was very heavy and pulled the lag screws out.

I needed a sun shade for my cat ramp and tent. I found this sun shade to be of strong fabric with strong stitching and hoops for the rings. Light weight. Cleans off road dirt and bird contributions nicely with just a hose. I have been using it for a month now, very happy. 😊
