Impossible to get sagging out of the middle, otherwise I like it

Used for shade in livestock catch pen. I like the product except that it is impossible to get the sagging out of the middle (difficult to see in the picture and was much worse before installing cable for support). Even with this high/low configuration, I installed a cable underneath for support and still can't get the sagging out of the middle, but it's better. Used turnbuckles and it is very tight. Braced 4x4s against pen or it would pull them in, even in concrete 30" deep. Unsure how it will handle wind or rain, hasn't rained yet. Definitely didn't want sagging that would gather water or snow. Would have ordered another one but unable to get sagging out. Ordered hardware but was disappointed it is very small and lightweight for strong wind. Not difficult to install, other than getting strong enough poles and getting the sagging out. Used ratchet straps through the hardware to pull the shade up.
