Not bright enough for bulbs

I bought these to replace an existing bulb with fault protection. This had 75 watts. I knew it wouldn't be that bright, but it should equate to 100W; However, it can't keep up with my 75W. The rest is OK. Just be warned. I also bought the Feit 13W, which *seems* to be brighter, but it's in a different location, so maybe that's it. I'm not keen on it, but at least it saves me a few bucks in the long run (since it is a night / auto on / off light).

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • I'll write later

Don't waste your money

Clean trash. Don't waste money. I bought (5) of these. Installed (4) at the moment. Only (1) works satisfactorily from afar, and that fades a bit too. Of the first three I installed, (1) failed within 4 days and tarnished to the point of being unusable. I replaced it with another one and this is the one that worked for a few months but is slowly fading now. I also installed two more elsewhere. These two still work, but they've also lost a lot of brightness over the past few months and honestly…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Obsolete

Slightly less power than advertised but works fine

I was a little disappointed with the amount of light at first, but I did some measurements and found that the eye is not good at judging light in a dark room. My previous 13 watt bug lamp consumed 13 watts of active power and delivered 83 lux on one meter. The actual power consumption of these lamps was 23 watts, not the declared 24, but that's okay. In both cases, I let the lamps warm up for five minutes before measuring. These lamps produced 141 lux at a meter, or about as much as the lamp…

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
