Ideal for raised beds and wine barrels

I have used this on mahogany raised beds that I have built and new oak wine barrels that I have cut in half. Raw flaxseed oil is just oil, "cooked" flaxseed oil is actually diluted with a drying chemical, so you should not use cooked oil for food contact applications. For growing vegetables, we use both barrels and beds, so the raw material is ideal for us. Pros
  • Increases water repellency and weather resistance
Cons
  • Damaged

Pros
  • Goes deep into the wood and protects it for a quality finish on wooden furniture and antiques
Cons
  • No Instructions

I remembered the Linseed Oil review and bought a can without expecting much. Now the furniture is like new! However, this wasn't a quick weekend project,
