My parrots love it. (well, at least female). She loves to chew rope and when the first one fell off from chewing through the rope holder I pulled it out for a couple of weeks. Knotted it back and she didn't do it again, leaving the rope attached to the hook and just chewing on everything except the main thread that held it together. you are smart I put it next to them so they can sit on the perch and chew it.

I ordered one for my birds - I'm always on the lookout for interesting toys - and it looked fun. Unfortunately, three sheets of crepe paper came down. I called Revain support and they replaced it THREE TIMES because none of the toys had more than a few strands of crepe paper sticking out, although I could see more in the center ball. Otherwise this is a good toy, just not as described.

Quality problem with the second one I bought. Almost no flowing paper stuck out, and what was there was torn off during the day; The paper just wasn't attached properly (even for a small parrot). The first one I bought was a lot sturdier and more generous - almost twice as much, a real handful of toys; the second was weak. I know streamers are supposed to be ripped off, but for eight bucks for a night of drinking, I give up!

She's not small (I've added a picture to show you what she looks like), but she doesn't like those giant toy blocks and big plastic balls that I see some cockatiels playing with With . She likes things she can really tear apart. It's perfect for her. It's a tiny $5 toy, nothing that will last more than a few weeks, but I think it's a great little novelty for her to play with and keep her occupied. I'll probably take a few more of these every few weeks or months.

This toy rope got caught on my parrot! Although this toy was still intact my parrots loved it but after a minute it was almost completely intact, I'm looking at 10 minutes and one of my parrots was struggling to get the rope off his neck. He ripped off all the paper and stars, tangling in her throat. If I wasn't there I don't know what would happen. Luckily Aries is fine now, he just grew his flight feathers and LOVES to fly around the house :> Just be careful and watch your birds.

This is a cute little bird. For seven or eight dollars this is a good product. The attachment at the top is secure and doesn't look like it's going to break or detach from the main body of the toy, even with a bird or two hanging from it. The colors are visually stimulating and the whole has several different textures, both of which should appeal to the birds. The bell at the bottom is fairly typical of bird toys, but it makes a faint sound, so birds who like that sort of thing will appreciate…
