Bottles were opened and spilled everywhere

Ordered 2 and one was opened so I lost half the product in one day and had to spend some time cleaning everything. 3 stars because it works well

Excellent material! - Cuticle care

I have been using this product for more than 5 years. It lasts forever and is the best working cuticle remover I have ever used. I wish there was a nozzle for more precise application but this product is still worth it.

Bottles are not tightly capped before shipment.

Product received today, packaging opened, both bottles half full. The bottles were leaking in the packaging, the bottle caps were not tightly closed.

Doesn't work at all.

Looks like a very diluted lotion of poor quality. It does nothing to soften or remove cuticles. Leaves a very dry and uncomfortable residue. Useless. Also, it says it's a two-pack, but it was only one.
