Functions fine. Problem is many sellers of these heaters won't ship to Alaska where I live, and where they are needed. Otherwise, a good heater. Just install it correctly and will function as should.

Got the product. It works great. However i don’t know if they just don’t have them but I didn’t get the lcd display as shown in the pictures. Instead, I received one with 2 buttons and a knob. For the most part I’m happy with the product and it’s function, but a little disappointed that I received the wrong thermostat.Also, I wished that it’d kick off on its own or maybe even a timer setting on it. That’s be awesome!

Easier to install than I thought. works great, heats my Sprinter up super quickly. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars across the line is the fact that the control is pretty cryptic.

This thing has served me good for 3rd winter now. I use this in my semi truck so I don’t have to idle. Very easy to set up and install. I would recommend this to every trucker out there or whoever wants to keep warm. Don’t spend $1000 on German brands when you can get this for much less money and it’s still good quality as those German made ones.UPDATE 2021: it’s still running strong 4th winter now.

Install in my TN1 sprinter was very straight forward, despite the poorly written instructions. The only additional pieces I needed were a 3/16" tee Barb and 3/16" flexible fuel hose.The knob control isn't intuitive but for 1/10 the cost of a D2 it's worth it.I've been running the 2kw for 3 nights at 20% power which equates to +20F inside/outside temp.Make sure to hi burn for several minutes before shutdown to avoid fouling up everything with carbon.
