Superior Shawl Paisley Jamawar Detailed Review

This scarf is nicer than the photo. I would like the seller to show it unfolded so you can see the full design. I've seen comments that "heavy" isn't entirely correct, but compared to the lightness of the fabric of regular shawls, it's relatively heavier, but still light. Very soft and rich texture.

This scarf is a beautiful thing. The fabric is a lot thinner than I expected, but it's good, it's still warm. The weave pattern is just amazing. The size is generous allowing me to wrap myself with space. So elegant in the truest sense of the word. Worth the price - this scarf is of high quality and differs greatly from the cheaper versions. Now if I could just think of a good excuse to buy another one, life would be great.

I'm freezing on the plane and used this as an excuse to buy another one of these wraps/shawls/scarves as it's bigger than my other ones. It calmed me down and led to a lot of conversations, people wanted to know everything about him and they always wanted to touch him. Very happy with this purchase. (And yes, you can wash it VERY gently in cold water with Woolite and some liquid fabric softener and then let it dry. I also added a few drops of sandalwood oil.)

This is a great price for a large natural wool scarf. Amazing quality. This is the real thing. I can highly recommend for this price. Update: My favorite towel ever, but unfortunately it was washed in hot water and felt completely like real wool. I will order again. The product arrives in exceptionally poor packaging, a plain cellophane envelope. There is no label on the scarf describing where the material is made or how it was synthesized - they sell it as 100% wool. As other reviewers have pointed out, the colors are bland. In the picture you can feel the deep, warm red of the beautiful Indian fabrics, while in reality the green fabric dominates. If one wants to have a large pashmina, it is not considered as such. . Finely woven wool makes everything much, much lighter than the Scottish wool cape I have. The pattern turned out to be even more complex than I had imagined. The colors are the same as in the picture when the handkerchief is held in bright sunlight, but the tit looks quite dark in dim indoor light.
