These carpets are durable and easy to install. I keep them under my bed with a folding bench. I can put the parts together in less than a minute. They don't stain the carpet. Many exercises keep connected parts together.

I place this on the floor of one of my restrooms where we store scuba gear and other items which if dropped may crack/chip the ceramic tiles. So far this has worked very well. I didn't realize he "crawled" when they walked on him. This is a good product.

I've been looking for quality rubber mats for a long time. I've ordered and returned so many mat kits that they said they were for gyms. That's the real deal. Durable rubber! Well, right off the bat these things are meant for heavy use. High quality rubber material can withstand almost any impact you might take. What, as they say. The price is a bit high and the quantity you get in a box is a bit low, so is it enough to do a whole workout room or even enough to do mad laps or other similar workouts? You need at least 4 or 5 such orders. So they're not very efficient, but you get what you pay for.

Started out ordering a gym floor kit or two and have been ordering more so now they are fully covered. Of course I recommend them. You are beautiful and fat. I was able to lose a lot of weight and not have to worry about scratching the tiles underneath. They're not cheap, but they're worth the investment so I won't have to redo the floor when we sell this house. I even trimmed a few of them to fit in the corner area and it was easy with a razor blade knife.

Update 2020: Ordered three more boxes in one order. Shipped via UPS. Two out of three were delivered to my door (the address I gave). The third was taken to my rural post office for collection. It's annoying. It's bad enough that next-day delivery for Prime delivery is often closer to the week I live in when times are good.
