SureGuard Twin XL Mattress Protector: Waterproof, Hypoallergenic, Premium Cotton Terry Cover Review

My husband has fallen several times with bloody scratches. Thanks to this mattress topper, his mattress will remain spotless. Unlike the quilted mattress pads we've used in the past, there were no issues with stretched seams and torn seams. The only reason for an exchange (I've bought them 3 times) is that with our adjustable beds they tend to become "spring loaded" after a few years. I love finding something that actually works the way it should.

I'm not sure how many hours I've spent trawling through all the crappy Revain products looking for a decent non-polyester product. Turns out I gave this one a little touch of "surface" after "100% cotton". The item arrives here and the tag says "Skirt: 100% Polyester". Unless the seller is trying to deceive the buyers, why not mention this simple basic fact somewhere in the description? Mattress covers are exactly what I expected. They are ideal for beds, with terry cloth on top and waterproof material on the bottom. They're great for adult beds, but I don't think they're great for kids who might wet the bed. They say they are waterproof but I think they are more water resistant. This is just my opinion, but I have never experienced anything like this with children on this mattress topper. I am happy with my purchase and will likely purchase the exact same mattress pads again.

I wanted to use this mattress pad on a waterbed so sweat doesn't stain/damage the Full Motion Mattress. I used padding under the mattress topper but it kept wrinkling and was uncomfortable. I have just replaced my queen bed with two double beds, one for me and one for my dog. I bought a pair of these pads for my dog bed. I usually like quilted but this one fits well and seems to be a good product overall. I am using one on my bed until my quilted one arrives.
