This is a great upgrade for the old knobs in my 2017 VW Jetta. Easy to install and everything lights up properly, contrary to some comments. It's cold not to be happy.

Use pliers to block the channel and non-slip soft material to remove the OEM switches. They look great and all glow beautifully. This and the Euro headlight switch are some of the best interior upgrades including LED maps/dome lights and pedal/brake/dead pedal covers or replacements.

They fit in the grip area but the display position is in the wrong place and cannot be moved. There is only one way to install them as there is one large slot and two small slots but the line showing the choice is in the wrong place. It would be a nice update if it was the right placement. Unfortunately I wasted my money

The product itself was of decent build quality and I would have been happy with the installation. However, when installed on my MK6 jetta GLi (2013), the handles do not fit into the dashboard. It might fit older models like MK5 but I can confirm they don't fit MK6 GLi. The name should be changed so others don't order it and it doesn't fit.

MkV 2008 Jetta Great fit and finish! I was surprised by the quality for a cheap price. Definitely improved the overall look of my MkV's interior. Installation Tip: Make sure all standard button markers are pointing straight up before removing them so that aligning new buttons is easy. I used pliers to firmly grasp the center of the handle and then pull straight back. Make sure you align the new handle to the exact position. Finally, push forward firmly.

Well I posted this asking if they fit the Jetta 17. Someone said yes, and they even say they fit. But in reality they are not! They don't stay on, and when they do, you can't turn the knob a full turn until they disengage! I like the look, sorry it didn't work out. Letter from "Surepromise", too bad we double checked that it doesn't fit the Jetta MK6 only the MK5. and currently we don't have grips for MK6. Please return the money for a refund. BUYER NOTE.
