The product itself is amazing. I have many allergies and sensitivities, this product does not irritate my scalp or skin. Delivery seems to be an issue with some suppliers due to a shampoo leak. The tips really need to be glued in place. Only this one licked a little. I always cross my fingers when I order.

I was very surprised when I first used this bottle. It had the viscosity of water. I thought maybe I should shake it up or something but it was still very watery. I will not buy it again and advise buyers to exercise caution. I read another review about a different shampoo but from the same brand which also thought it wasn't the original.
