Quality is normal. It's pretty cheap plastic, and the plastic isn't flush in places. Yarn tends to get stuck where it is. If you're using thicker thread, it's not that bad, but if you're using thinner thread, try a different needle. Since they're just over $5, the price is good, but you just don't get anything that lasts.

I made them try broomstick. I've tried using a real piece of an old broom but the wood is too rough, the yarn is sticky and difficult to put on and take off, this big knitting needle does a lot better. I ordered size 35 in orange, not white like here. They are very light and easy to put on and remove seams.
