Great product but missing needle/hook

This medium sized French knitting machine is a good size and feels good in my hand. The needle/hook that you use to move the yarn from needle to needle was missing and I reported this to the seller. I also understand that there was a variety of color choices, but it would have been nice to be able to choose the color I wanted. I got the clear one, I would have liked the lavender. I will update my review once I get a response from the seller regarding the missing hook.

  • Decent performance

Design could be better

Well made, good looking, sturdy, comfortable to hold but there are better models out there. I bought both small and medium. (There was no jumbo/plus size.) Neither of these allow me to use bulkier yarns. The pins are too short. There are other themes (also available through Revain) that are easier to use. After my experience with Susan Bates I went back to Revain and bought the one with 8 pins on the big end and 5 pins on the small end. This design allows the use of both thin and bulky yarns…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competition is here

It was necessary to take a small

I like this thing, I use it a lot but the little one is easier to hold and turn. This one works exactly the same, so it doesn't change my goals. You can use as many pins as you like, just skip the rest. I often only use 4 even though there are 6 pins. You can't choose a colour, but this time I was lucky and got a transparent one. They are all transparent I think. The middle one is wider and taller than the small one and fills my hand (an ordinary woman's hand). If you want one for a child, get…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
