They smell horrible no matter how many times you wash them.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I washed these things... With bleach... Used fabric softener. And even essential oils. I've tried several times to kill the stench... No. I say reek of these substances. Nothing will fix that smell. They don't just stink. They stink! I will NEVER use them in my kitchen. Overpowering chemical odor similar to rotten eggs/sulphur! Buyer Warning!

Pros
  • Swedish kitchen towel that absorbs 10 times the weight of a sponge;
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Smaller than the "proprietary " sponge

These are good sponges at a very good price. They are in fact smaller than 3M Scotch-Brite (7" x 8") compared to these (6" x 6"), which is important. I have found them to be very "stubborn". For example, when wiping down a countertop, the sponge will grab the surface and easily slip out of your hands. Otherwise, they last about as long as a branded product, which isn't very long. My experience with all sponge wipes is that they last about a month.

Pros
  • Imported from Europe
Cons
  • Weight

Not too thick, not too thin, just the right fit

If Goldilocks wanted to wash the Three Bears' dishes, these sponges would be just the thing. They are more like cloth than sponge. I love that they can be washed and sanitized in the microwave. I put it on the top shelf when I wash it in the dishwasher. It doesn't fall apart like other sponges I've tried. It is ideal for washing dishes and cleaning the table. Remember that this is a sponge and needs to be disinfected.

Pros
  • 90% cellulose, 10% cotton fiber
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Good cleaning sponge

I first bought these sponges about six months ago. I bought it because Revain has the lowest price. I mainly use it to clean the kitchen, bathroom and garden. Definitely a buy recommendation. It is most convenient to use these sponges to wipe surfaces and absorb liquids. I once spilled a cup of coffee on my laptop keyboard. I thought my laptop would be destroyed. But I took these sponges from the kitchen and a keyboard case. And the sponge immediately soaked up the coffee. I was very satisfied…

Pros

Cons
  • poorly thought out

Better than ordinary sponges

I also ordered another brand sponge cloth which is a bit larger and I prefer it for some jobs but it is also good especially for cleaning faucets or around stove handles where space may be limited. Unlike ordinary sponges, they instantly become soft and supple when wet under the tap. They squeeze out excess moisture easily and don't drip like a washcloth. They also dry quickly. Paper towels have their place, but they're better when you need moisture to clean. I throw away all my regular…

LOVE THESE! suitable for sponges

This is my second purchase. These are the newest and last. I cut them in half and use them for dishes. Whole, slightly damp, always near the sink for a quick wipe up of spills. A few times a week, I give them a thorough wash with dish soap, rinse, and then soak them in bleached water for an hour as part of my Radiant Shell treatment. It doesn't hurt them at all. I've also tried the microwave sponge sanitizing method and it works well too. Moistened with a little vinegar, they clean windows and…

Better than normal sponges

I have also ordered another brand of sponge which is a bit larger and I prefer them for some jobs but they also work well especially for cleaning faucets or around stove handles where available. It's a bomb Sponge

When I was in Germany, I noticed that there are kitchen towels similar to this brand in every household. When I saw them in a grocery store in Germany I brought a few packs home. They are much more durable than the sponges used here in the US. The kitchen towel can be used on both sides and is large enough to protect your hand from whatever you are cleaning. I've washed them several times and they're still intact and working great. As they dry, they harden but easily return to their usual…
