Diving and Snorkeling Customer Service

We bought 2 sets of these fins for our trip to Cozumel. The fins work great and are adjustable to your liking. Pay special attention to the buckle that attaches to the fin. I accidentally loosened the strap while getting out of the water and the buckle fell off the fin and over the pier into the water. I contacted Cozia immediately and they were very responsive. They handled the situation better than I expected and sent me a replacement. I would highly recommend these fins for the customization

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Not for very wide feet

I bought these as travel fins so I don't have to carry around huge scuba fins every time. They don't fit very well in my very very wide size 13 foot. They seem to fit up to a size 13d. A little wider and your feet won't slip. I'm having trouble finding fins and have bought dozens of fins. Durable Materials. Well made and ideal for traveling as they are small enough to fit in hand luggage. They included neoprene socks or are too small for my feet but should fit up to a size 10. These are cheaper

Easily adjustable fins

I bought a pair of medium fins - I'm shoe size 8.5/9 and they fit my feet perfectly with and without water socks. A friend of mine recently borrowed these (women's size 7) hoping they would fit and they have stayed. The adjustable heel strap is quick and easy to use. The fins feel a little heavy to me (although I haven't worn them in years) but they propel you through the water pretty well. Water socks saved my feet on the water. Concrete in 110F+ heat. As long as they're still warm, they won't

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Terribly cheap, best for diving and snorkeling

I'm in Costa Rica when I write this review. Avoid them like the plague. Mine broke the first time I used it, the second time I put it on. They have 2 clips that attach the rear strap of the fin to the fin itself and are very very cheap and flimsy (see the photo and you will see the plastic pin intended to hold the rubber strap in place either is he broke or just fell out ) And ultimately unnecessary. You don't need a clip to get your foot in the fins, the rear strap should be permanently…

Larger than stated

My husband and I wear men's sizes 9.5 to 10. We ordered a size up and they were too big, you would need to be at least a size 11 or more to keep them on the legs. I returned it and ordered a smaller size which said it fits an 8.5 and fits us, not small at all. The shape on them tapers a bit around the arch area. This made them a bit snuggly for me, but wasn't a problem for my husband. They widened a bit so the toe area was quite large. They were about an inch longer than the fins I already had…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Don't rely on socks and check the straps often.

I bought these socks for river trips hoping the socks would protect my neoprene socks without having to wear extra shoes. The socks barely cover my heels and slip off every few steps (maybe because of the dry suit socks, but I felt like they just didn't reach my heels). In the water, the socks flew off the heels and did not hold the straps in any way. Even if the straps were almost uncomfortably tight, I had to check their tension before entering the rapids so I wouldn't have to worry about…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Quick guide

Good quality fins, note the size

We live in Florida and are ready to take our kids snorkeling so we're starting to collect snorkel gear. These fins seemed like a good price so we decided to give them a try. It's a thick, durable material that offers excellent water resistance. This makes them a bit heavier than the ones I've had in the past, but that's not a problem for me. The small sock that comes with them is good, although not very high on the heel. I need to make sure the adjustable strap is tight enough so it doesn't…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction

  • I vaguely remember

comfortable and easily adjustable

I have tried many different fins and I usually don't like fins because they are usually too long and uncomfortable for the feet. These fins were a good size and conformed to your foot very easily. I was able to put them on while swimming in the sea without trying to adjust the strap to my leg. When swimming in the sea, I also took off my flippers and gave them to my friend to wear. She was able to easily adjust the fins to her foot and said they were comfortable to wear. She likes longer fins…

Not bad for a street set.

I travel for work so I live with a suitcase, weight and size are important. Compared to other fin sets I've had I can honestly say they are quite light and compact. They were good for snorkeling but too small for snorkeling. I've found that I have to work harder to keep up with a group of divers in a weak current than I do with divers with longer fins. At first I thought booties were great for walking on warm/hot surfaces. However, they started falling apart after my first use while diving…
