Practically incompatible with Samsung Soundbar

I bought this switch to connect a PC, Switch, PS4 Pro and Apple TV 4k to an "HDMI In" input on my Samsung Q70R Soundbar; This allowed me to stream uncompressed PCM 5.1 audio into my soundbar and stream the video to my TV. Although the switch will automatically switch to the last device turned on, the picture is NOT displayed and the TV displays the message "Waiting for signal". I found that if I rotated both the soundbar and the HDMI, I could get it to work. Turn the HDMI switch off and on…

UPDATE: [Not streaming output from my Sony BlueRay player to Samsung TV]

SWITCH WORKS! I have an update on my original comment/review: Samsung TVs, and in this case my 58" Samsung UHD TV does not allow upstream content from non-HDCP compliant players. My SONY BD player is not HDCP compatible. My Samsung BD/DVD player (from my bedroom) is HDCP compliant and can send digital content to a Samsung UHD TV. Great solution to a common modern problem

(Disclaimer: I had previously ordered a Prosumer 3-Port HDMI Switch so I was asked to try this unit.) This unit helped me find the perfect media to create setup and solution for the problem I didn't even know existed. I work from home and use my TV as a monitor and have done so for many years. Okay but there are some quirks

*UPDATE* - We bought some UHD movies this week and I'm happy to report that Atmos does indeed work. This product works, but it has some weird quirks that I'm still investigating. I have this to be able to connect my Samsung Bluray, Nintendo Switch and Fios cable box directly to my Vizio soundbar which has 1 HDMI IN port and 1 HDMI ARC port.
