The "Made in China " product has been replaced with what I ordered

I am ordering Sylvania bulbs specially made in the USA, as in the photo and as advertised. What I got was Sylvania but MADE IN CHINA! I understand that production may have moved to China, but the AD needs to reflect that Chinese-made goods are being replaced with US-made products.

Beautiful and Bright on Bulbs

I have a pendant light in my kitchen that requires two 100 watt light bulbs. These are the only LED bulbs that really fit in the light. Everything else was too wide to fit between a plate and a glass bowl, so I had to use regular lightbulbs until I saw that Sylvania was the same shape and size. I'm very happy that I don't have to climb long flights of stairs now because I have a very high ceiling. Does NOT work with bulbs

Just over a month ago I bought 2 packs of 4 bulbs. I used 2 and carefully saved the rest to replace when the other bulbs died. Today I tried the other 2 in a box I already opened and all 4 in another box. NONE of these work! 2 of them actually have separate parts that I can hear floating around. The other 4 sound normal but don't light up. I've tried many places where other bulbs work (so I know it's not my fixture) but these bulbs won't turn on. The return window closed 6 days ago.
