Love this little knife guide! Ensures even cutting. It even works with hard-to-cut fruits and veggies. If the vegetable is very hard (like a carrot), do not insert the tines into the carrot. I touch the tips or tines on the top of the carrot and squeeze just enough to hold the cutting guide in place. First of all, be careful with the teeth, they are very sharp. This is a very handy little gadget. As you can see from my photos, it handles a large arc. It was very easy to press down on the bow and the prongs helped hold the bow upright. I was able to cut into a nice thin slice between each prong.
