    Incredible performance. Save time +

    Fast! 3x faster than Target Unit 15. We use it to create images of LINUX partitions on multiple target drives. Approximately 90 seconds per GIG of data copied from source to destination. We see that the whole process is completed in exactly 7 minutes. 31 copies How great is that? Our source has 2 sections. It copies perfectly every time. The SyStor 15 duplicator should be the same, but it isn't. For some reason, this 31-device model performs three times faster.

    A good product. A problem has been solved!

    This product does what it is supposed to, as described. The only problem was that one of the wires in the device was disconnected so I had to contact tech support to have it fixed before it worked.

    Not the best

    I am revising my original review after more frequent use. There is NO support on their site and they have an extremely high bounce rate. I can copy "failed" USB drives to my computer, but not to a machine.

    Easy to use but no instructions!

    Works great. It seemed a little slower than using a USB hub computer with SSDs, but at least it doesn't tie up my computer and avoids juggling drive letters. A strange problem: the user manual comes on a CD (!), and after a long search I couldn't find a digital copy online. Systor doesn't have a manual on their website for some reason. I was able to find an old laptop with an optical drive for PDF extraction.

    Nothing over 4 gigabytes

    It's a nice device but it can't handle anything over 4 gigabytes and then it just doesn't work anymore. Period. Twice contacted tech support as promised, didn't call back. Even the minimal instruction manual didn't help. Bought 1 to 5 more units - also from Revain - for a third of the price and one of them releases batch after batch with no issues.

    Has worked great for several months!

    Worked great for the first few months, bays 2 and 3 no longer work. I would like to return it but I have 15 days outside of the return policy. I don't know where to go to service this replicator.
