I love this stylus - use it for my iPad and mobile phone. However, I ordered three of these and received one in the style pictured and the other two have been replaced with another model an inch shorter. I'm not happy for specifically looking for a longer one as I think the shorter ones are more difficult to use. I don't like it when a product I've ordered is replaced without asking permission.
