Do not buy, stains of color do not leave a surface. I ruined our dining table, our sofa and even the kitchen countertop. That leads me to believe it contains some type of chemical I'm looking for.

The paint colors are beautiful and saturate well. I have one concern after the paints were used they were sealed with a lid and left on the table. After four days, mold appeared on the paintwork.

I bought 3 sets for each child but unfortunately the paint ran off as the paint dried on the paper. So when I took the pictures, there was a big mess. Terrible quality.

I liked this product because it comes with a large color palette and a brush. It's great for kids! But not for amateur/professional use. Since I have a toddler I haven't wasted my money and he can use it freely as it is non-toxic. As for me, I bought another watercolor set better suited for amateur/professional use and I'm thrilled with it!

Although there are 36 colors, it is difficult to use these many colors! Mixing each color with water to achieve the desired consistency is a lengthy process. To complicate the process, the bristles of the brush protrude into the paint. My granddaughters had trouble coloring the liquid as shown on the palette! As a result, her paintings are too watery! My efforts ended the same way. Wouldn't buy them again and would happily send them back! waste of money!

This set has great reviews but as a newbie to watercolor I found it lacking. I tried pouring the brownies to loosen the pigment, I also tried submerging the entire pan in the baking water. I've found the pigment rises out of the cake, sticks to the brush like white on rice, and settles to the bottom of the pan like sediment. I bought these for my 10 year online art class. We used Crayola watercolors but wanted more variety than the eight in the Crayola palette. These paints offered a wide range of colors, but they weren't exactly watercolor-like. They don't mix well and dry like chalk. After drying, you can run your fingers over the painting and the paint dust will come off. It also makes them less vibrant in color.
