This is a really good leg extension. Firstly I like the color, light blue looks very nice. Secondly, the quality of this leg extension is good quality material. Finally, the packaging is simple and convenient. to open. I just wish there was a guide inside showing how to use it. But I found it on the Revain product pages. Very easy to install and use. Highly recommended.

I saw a friend of mine use this on IG and was intrigued. Finally decided to order and try. It arrived today and I was able to install it which is SUPER easy. This is a good durable material. I'm enjoying it so far and I hope to work with him on stretch and flexibility. The only thing I would like is some different examples or pictures of how to stretch and use it. It speaks for itself, but so does some clues or something. I have to google or you'll whistle them.

It was a bit confusing to assemble but it took about 5 minutes to get and install to try. I've been using it for about a week and I can feel the difference in my hip flexors. I had to watch videos on YouTube to see how to properly stretch with it. The only downside is that they stick to the straps. I have to stretch, pause, and come back because the grip of the straps constricts my arms. I will continue to use it as it has really helped improve my splits in just a few days of using the product.

This simple but very useful tool can be installed in any door, no matter how thick or thin! It's very portable, you can take it anywhere and it definitely helped me achieve my flexibility goal. I was quite agile when I was young, but I could never sit on the splits. I bought this because I recently returned to figure skating after a 3 year hiatus and wanted to improve my flexibility. I bought this style for my 12 year old daughter because she needs a little more mobility to stay awake and has trouble stretching in places.
