🏞️ TEEMEE Outdoor Escapades on Talkies Channels Review

I gave these radios to my 4 year old granddaughter. She was so excited! She quickly learned how to use it and would send us adults with walkie-talkies around the house to talk to us. She loved colors. Green was her favorite. Great toy!

This is one of my family's favorite Christmas toys this year. It's easy to set up and the design is so charming. Range and sound quality are excellent. The flashlight is a very nice addition. My sister saw us playing with her today and now she's going to buy a set for her daughters.

Bought these for my nieces and nephews for Christmas. They really enjoyed it but I think it was too hard for the excited kids. They all want to talk at the same time, and of course the radio doesn't work that way. Once they were able to figure it out and get it working, the battery drained pretty quickly. It's very cute and works well. I think overall they were very happy with it.

The clips were a bit difficult to break off to get into the battery compartment and the simplified buttons felt intimidating when you looked at all the instructions for the channels and the frequency blocked. They were very child-friendly in size and appearance. The kids loved the clips and had a blast playing with the flashlight. Hopefully the battery will last a while as I don't plan on trying to pry off the back anytime soon.

Reading reviews about rapid battery drain, I did not expect that this would happen within a few hours. The kids played and turned them off as I suggested. The next day I played again, low battery showed up and died. I used target brand batteries. Maybe I could use better batteries, but each device requires 4 batteries. Super cute and works great. Voice quality is also good through another apartment. But I can't afford to change batteries every day.

It's fun to work with. The range isn't as great as they claim unless it's in a straight line or an open field with no trees. My biggest problem is how quickly the batteries die. We've used them about 10-12 times in the last 3 weeks and even bearing that in mind I've used up 3 batteries despite having one hanging in the bathroom and the other on my desk. I had high expectations after reading the reviews here, but using so many batteries to only use an item a few times is just wasteful and…

The grandchildren really liked the gift! The only thing they wanted to play with! On the other hand, it was 😢 if you left it on for a moment. They die fast! Sorry 😢 Batteries are very expensive. I feel this could be improved by turning off the battery saver mode. Especially for children's toys. This will save you a lot of money. On the other hand, if you have a specific person walking around at night making sure all toys are turned off. Lol 😂 Otherwise they are clear and the kids loved them.
