I read other reviews that made me hesitate to buy the skirt but I went for it because of the price and the possibility of returning it. The best decision. Although the size I ordered was small and I received medium, the skirt fit perfectly. The elastic is not loose, but not tight either. Exactly like in the photo. I'm 5'10" and 127 pounds. Medium size fits perfectly. I recommend it.

I love this skirt! The belt is sewn just right and nicely. The pleats are quite tight and the length is below the knee but not mid-calf. It is lined and the lining is a few inches shorter than the skirt so it is not visible when you are sitting. The skirt is chiffon but can still be worn in South Texas at this time of year.

I don't like this skirt in the picture. If it worked, it would be great. I was so hoping this would work. But one size didn't fit me again. The chiffon doesn't suit my figure. This is a cute chic skirt. The material is cheap but serves its purpose. The color is a true blush and the creases line up perfectly. The skirt has a lining, it is +.
