DO NOT BUY, poor quality sensors, illuminator not working and complex installation

My husband is an engineer. We are used to installing electronic devices. We bought 4 of these security cameras. The instructions are poorly written, but we managed to connect the first one's camera to wifi. We tried to connect the other three devices for 3 days but nothing. You cannot use the same Wi-Fi. No customer support, no email, no phone. We are returning 4 units as they are not working. The sensors are also not working properly. My neighbor across the street's camera turns on as soon as…

The camera works great, but the software to launch it isn't ready for prime time just yet.

After setup, the video from the camera is fine, but the camera control software was not up to date. 1) LED spotlights did not turn on when the motion sensor was triggered. Maybe because my neighbors across the street have headlights on all night but still poor tech. 2) LED headlight scheduling doesn't work so I couldn't solve the problem 1.3) Sensitivity levels aren't explained and no matter what level I set, the camera will trigger every time a car drives past my house. First of all, I am surprised by a customer's complaint about the lack of support from the seller. This is definitely not my experience.
