Easy to set up - no phone number required! Very easy integration for our clients who want Voicemail but don't have landline service yet. Support can be slow at times if you are not in regular contact w/them (or they aren't quick about responding). I dislike most about this product is that there are no user friendly tutorials or guides available. I like that it is very easy to use as well its free for small business accounts which you can expand later at no additional cost! It's also helpful when your phone system goes down or if there are issues in between calls from one person using their cell phones back into an office where they used telnets connected via computers running Windows Server 2008 R2 (or higher).
