Case disappointment

Purchased this case hoping for the best, well the quality of it was nice and felt firm, but there is a big issue they built the speaker holes on the wrong side of the case, and to top you couldn’t hear the audio from the phone because of it, and if you had someone on the phone on speaker the person on the other line can hear themself.

  • Good case only issue is the screen protector doesn’t always register your inputs unless you hit it hard.

  • This case appears to be good but I have to press hard to get the screen to respond.

Great customer service!

This is a great water proof case, they replaced my defective case immediately! They have great customer service, this case was under warranty it was defective and they replaced it! The case comes with 2 accessories for holding the phone, one for the wrist and one to place on your finger. It also comes with 2 cute stickers& screen protector accessories (wipe and cloth);also replacement covers for the speaker and ports. Thank you for replacing my case!

People complain they can’t hear me

It looks OK on the phone, but it covers the entire phone, including the earpiece and area you speak into, and people complain they can’t hear me.The screen cover get smudged up really easy.This is a an expensive phone cover, and you get about what you pay for on this on.

Durable but…. for my opinion

Great protection for the phone. With this type of protection it makes it very difficult to hear people when you are talking on the phone.

Can’t hear anything

Literally can’t hear anything… I know it’s water proof but damn it’s a phone, it’s suppose to take phone calls and ya know…. Work like a phone

Good for protection bad for camera

The case is protective but please be aware the extra glass protection over the camera lenses will give off a glare. I thought it was the phone until I decided to take it out of the case. You can see from the pictures the difference. I always keep my phones in protective cases and I may look for another option. For the price it definitely protects but it hinders one of the best qualities of my iPhone 14 Pro, which is the camera. Another drawback is the audio. Because it is a life proof style…

Low sensitivity for touchscreen

Seems like a well-built product, but it made it very difficult to use the touchscreen especially near the edges. Tried installing it a couple times but kept having the same issue.

It’s nice and all but…

Nice case, good feel but sound is horrible and misplaced! I didn’t even have my phone on speaker and the sound was coming out the back of the phone loud and clear as if it was on speaker!

Very good to protect your phone difficult to touch screen

Very good to protect your phone but they really made the screen difficult to touch. If you are use to do soft touches this case will require more pressure and navigation could not be as fast. For the record, they mentioned this in the description. This is because of the extra "screen protector”. However great product overall.

Great Case - Audio is affected

Great durable case, screen cover can get a little wonky at times when you’re typing. My bigger issue is the audio when you’re on the phone gets reduced by a lot, by 50% atleast. Very difficult to hear as clearly when you’re on the phone. Audio sounds like it comes out the middle back of the case. I would say the audio when playing phone/music on speaker almost sounds louder and is amplified.

Great Value and Reasonable Protection

I needed a case for my beautiful new iPhone 11ProMax. I wanted something that gave it reasonable protection without adding a lot of weight, and which didn't mask its beauty. This case is not heavy, but the TPU is sturdy enough and thick enough to give good support and protection. Great case! good for me

This case is great for the money! I dropped my brand new iPhone 14 pro max on the ground from a standing position and this case saved my phone! The screen protector on the case cracked but my phone is perfectly fine. Definitely will be buying another one!

Hard to Hear on my review.

This is a very durable case but the sound is so muffled because everything is so enclosed. I have to open the charging port just to be able to hear someone when I put it on speaker phone. If I hadn’t thrown away the box I would be returning it.
