Clumsy, zero instructions, zero support.

I wanted to like it but it was a big disappointment, especially since it costs $130. Firstly, there is no information about this D2 hard drive SSD cloning device. frequently. Desperate, I went online to find a video on how to use it as there are no instructions at all. Third, setting up each drive with screws and all is time consuming. Fourth, the drive bays are NOT labeled. So you can easily mess up and ruin your original HDD/SSD! As it stands, the LEFT side (when looking at the device closest

Nice offline process to clone and backup your hard drives!

Are you looking for a solution where you don't have to connect anything to your computer? This equipment makes cloning easy, and then you can keep your discs safe! Remember that the first compartment is the source and the destination is the second compartment! After that, with instructions, it is easy to clone in less than an hour, depending on the characteristics of the drive. You may need to use g-parted afterwards if you want to expand storage space by switching to a larger disk, since…

When time is of the essence for computers and supplies

I'm responsible for over 60 outdoor kiosks ranging from Windows XP to Win. 10. I have used this D2 clone 8 times already and in most cases a quick change is required. Once the cloning has started, cloning from a 500 gigabyte HDD to an equivalent SSD takes about 1 hour and I haven't had a problem with the clone failing yet. I have a problem with mounting/unmounting disks. It's not hard, but if you're in a hurry (and I'm usually in a hurry), it's just an extra delay. Other than that, it looks…

Ideal for copying disc, HDD, SDD, 2.5 inch, 3.5 inch. No problem!

Uses a TerraMaster D2 clone SSD/hard disk duplicator as a standalone drive duplicator. Copied a 2.5" HDD to a 2.5" SSD in a few hours. Can also be used to house a drive or two when not cloning. There was a small problem with the LED and we contacted TerraMaster customer service. Several videos taken to show what's going on. A few days later we had the unit replaced and I sent the first D2 back to Revain. Excellent customer service! Duplicating drives for laptops can sometimes be tricky. The…
