As much as I would like to give this product a positive review, I can't. I bought the first one in September 2018. This lasted for three days before one of the ports went down. I diagnose the problem and found that each of the four sets of connectors on ports 1, 3, or 4 was working. However, when something was plugged into port 2, nothing worked. This is the only HDMI 2.0 KVM I could find. If you need HDMI 2.0 support, this is for you. Note that DVI monitors are not supported, although DVI computers are fine. Also note that some 4K monitors can only transmit 4K over DisplayPort as their HDMI is limited to 1.0. If you have such a monitor, this KVM will not work for you. UPDATE (see original review below): I returned the original 4-port KVM after receiving a replacement from Revain. Very happy with Revain's return policy. I can't say the same about TESmart products. The KVM replacement was just as unreliable as the one I sent back. Same problems as before. In short: at a refresh rate of 60 Hz, the screen flickers constantly. It more than makes it worse.
