Intuitive Project Management Software for teams

Easy access of information about my team's progress with each project or task that I am working on! The dashboard view gives me an at-a-glance look into what needs attention next so that it doesn't fall through the cracks as time goes by. There are some features which could be improved like being able to see when someone has finished their work (or maybe even start) instead of having them report back via email after they have completed something. This helps us keep track of our projects/tasks…

Convenient easy way for getting team members up and running

The best part of this software has been its ability help us get organized with our workflows which was previously very difficult without it! I dislike that you have limited options when creating your own tabs/workflow within each project or task item (you can't create custom ones). You are not able customize how many people need access at once so if one person needs more than 1 other they will be blocked out until someone else unblocks them but we don’t know what their status would then become?
