Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say this product is one of the worst armband extension straps in the market. The material is flimsy and the strap constantly comes undone during workouts. The only pro is that it is cheap, but that doesn't make up for its lack of functionality. Save your money and look for a better quality option.

I have a big arm, mostly muscle ;), had to lengthen it to carry iPod on my arm while working out at the gym. This product was exactly what I needed.

I bought this because it was a free add on to the headband but I didn't need it as the headband package included one of those things. Now I have two extensions. I use one due to the size of my hand, but I didn't have to purchase one separately. I don't know if this is normal as it happens. I suppose if it's offered for free with a bandage, go get it. If not, take the risk?
