Description of Thermal Grizzly Aeronaut - High Performance Thermal Paste for CPU and Graphics Card Coolers - Mute Heat Sink Paste (3.9 Grams)

A convenient syringe makes this thermal compound very easy to apply and goes exactly where it should be; CPUs, GPUs, their cooling solutions, LEDs and heat dissipation fins. Thermal solution is compatible not only with computer parts or laptops, but also with consoles: PS3, 4, 5, Xbox 360, One, Series S and X; Great for dissipating heat from Macbooks. Thermal grease conducts heat very well, is safe to use and don’t integrate with the processor; Thermal conductivity: 8.5 W/Mk; Thermal resistance: 0.0129 K/W. After the first use, you can immediately see a significant drop in temperature, but that’s not all; You'll also notice a significant drop in volume. A popular choice for home and office computers, but also for gaming and those with higher requirements.

Works better than the competition! You also get a lot more for your $

Arctic Silver 5 has been my favorite thermal compound for years. I've tried everything on the market. But the Thermal Grizzly will reign supreme in my house for years to come. It comes with an applicator, but you don't have to use it if you don't want to. I've used it and it works surprisingly well. Better than a razor blade, that's for sure. They get a lot of pasta here so make sure you only need so much. I build quite a few PCs a year for friends and family. Having such a large pipe makes…

Great product, terrible handling upon delivery

Firstly, the product does what it's supposed to and even comes with spreader tips. Works great with my GPUs for mining. Came in a great envelope, when I opened the package the syringe handle was broken and the tube was torn. Too bad it was sent in a small box.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Relax! Computer Components

Pros: 4 degrees difference in 2 hour benchmark for the new Arctic Silver build compared to this one. I also reapplied this paste on my old build with a 7 degree sweep, but since the other thermal paste was applied over a year ago I wouldn't call it an apples-to-apples comparison. Disadvantages: none.

Pretty good stuff! in computer components

I don't see many people talking about it. It worked well. I wish I could give you the details but I installed it with the 212 Hyper evo. Of course, based on stock information, I've seen some pretty big drops in temperature. I still love pasta! The Evo is not very tight, it slips a bit, but this paste keeps good contact with the base.

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • Fairly good

It's German so for the tech fanatics

I used to swear by AS5, but oh well, the 'freshest' I've had in over 5 years. Had a hit with it as the reviews were pretty good. Put this on top of a used i7-5930k (unoccupied) after removing the leftover paste and boy (or girl) this paste won't disappoint. The pup works at 33ºC in standard mode and 35ºC in games. Good product. The applicator is quite elegant. Maybe you could have added a sticker or something similar. The package seemed too big for the tiny tube. (hose not too small for big…

The BEST non-conductive thermal grease/paste!

This is seriously NOT a joke! It works and does it well! The rubber applicator is now a MUST as it makes application SIMPLE and EASY! I've tried various thermal bitcoin mining solutions BITMAIN BM1387 ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) and ALL other top brands but NONE of them cooled it that much! And I believe the same company makes grease with a slightly higher heat capacity. In any case, this material is the only non-conductive thermal compound I have ever used again. Thanks for…

I recently built a high performance gaming system and applied this paste to the CPU and GPU. The CPU (i7 11700K) is overclocked to 4.9GHz on all cores cooled by a Noctua NH-D15 with an aggressive fan curve, while the GPU (EVGA RTX 3080 Ti FTW3) is overclocked to 250MHz with 2100MHz OC memory curve is also overclocked with an aggressive fan. Although I did not have the opportunity to test the processor on a regular paste with the initials AS, I was still able to compare the factory paste of the…

High quality thermal paste.

I've been an AS5 fan for a long time and have decided it's time to review thermal compounds to see if there's anything better on the market. The AS5 has always served me well, but I've always been concerned that it's capacitive. Thermal Grizzly, like many others, no. Reviews have shown that it outperforms AS5 as well as many other well-known brands. So I decided to give it a try. It came with a tube of compound and two different applicator tips. After running a CPU temperature test with Aida64…
