Great build quality and easy to install but beware of noisy standard fans

I have been interested in Thermalright products for years but this is my first try. The packaging and build quality are absolutely fantastic, especially for the price. The attachment system is (VERY) similar to the Noctua SecuFirm system, which means it's well thought out and easy to use. I had no trouble installing the cooler on the B550 Gaming Edge motherboard. Keep in mind that the fin stacks aren't staggered like the Scythe Fuma 2, so it's best to use low-profile RAM and any RGB effects…

So far these items have been spot on and I love it.

Installed a cooler, it works great and loves the light. I love this product and it works great, it was pretty easy to install.

Pleasantly Surprised

Purchased this for the NR200 build after purchasing the Thermalright Assassin King 120 for a budget build and was pleased with the quality and ease of installation for the price. I bought this specifically because it was JUST under the headroom for the case. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised so far. I use it to cool my i5 11600k which isn't the most demanding CPU, but I get 33C at idle and don't reach 54C on any core while gaming (League of Legends, Apex Legends, Gunfire Reborn) , Hades)…

Comparable thermal performance to Noctua all white but not as quiet

Bought and fitted into a conversion for my niece whose only requirement for her first car was that it be pink/white and have lots of lights. Was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the memory when we bought their Corsair Vengeance RGB sticks, which are particularly large modules. However, this cooler fits like a dream, all we had to do was move the front fan all the way to the back instead of using a pull-pull setup. This had no noticeable impact on cooling performance and actually…

Clearly underpriced to attract attention

It's hard to find a good dead man in a crowded market. At under $50 this is a great deal. I bought it for less than $45, that made it steel; I looked for water cooling but decided it was too good a deal to pass up. This cooler will last much longer than the PC it runs on; If the bracket is the same, it can be used to build 2-3 PCs within 15 years (fans may need to be replaced every 5 years or so). While I love water cooling and may get an EK AIO for my gaming PC this year, it won't go unused; I

Noisy fans but powerful dual tower heatsink

Compared to Scythe Mugen (one fan, also 6 heatpipes) my temperature dropped 3 degrees at 8700K with a 165W workload. Because of the two fans as expected, it performs slightly better at higher speeds. However, thermal fans are MUCH louder at >1300 RPM and they seem to move the same amount of air at 1500 RPM as the Scythe Kaze Flex does at 1200 RPM. I didn't measure the SPL of the fans, but I wouldn't be surprised if they went over 30dBA. I don't know if the noise rating given is correct. With

Runs with 240mm AIO

For comparison, this CPU cooler is installed on a Ryzen 3800x in a Cooler Master NR600 case with three Thermalright TL-C12B intake fans on the front, two on the top and one on the back. like an exhaust. With a moderate manual fan curve (up to 40°C all fans at 40%, 50°C 75% and 65°C 100%), at a room temperature of 22.8°C, my computer heats up to 32°C on YouTube or Netflix (mostly idle) and under 30 minutes stress test in Aida64 it runs stable with 58 C CPU, 70 C CPU Diode 240mm AIO DeepCool…

Best cooler in "Fans & Cooling " category

Great cooler, like Noctua, keeps the temperature on overclocked CPU at 65°C. Works for 1200 lie. However, note that it is very difficult to damage a cheap motherboard or use brackets.

Amazing product for the price

I stumbled across this after adding DEEPCOOL Assassin III to my shopping cart and deciding to give it one last look. I was hesitant but after reading some reviews about the brand I decided to take a chance as it was very well thought out. I'm glad I did this because it works better than I expected from DEEPCOOL Assassin. I'm running a Ryzen 5 3600 in a poorly ventilated Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 case that was idling in the 50 degree plus range with a Hyper 212 EVO. Right now I'm idling in…

Much better than 120 AIO!

I used this to replace a 3 month old Corsair 120 AIO. My new Ryzen 7 5700g system throttles in every state of use. I don't play at all! Contacted Corsair and they said it's because I'm using Windows 11 developer mode. Well I've built another I7 11700k system and put a cheap Thermaltake Fast Intel cooler on it and I've had absolutely no problems with EXACTLY the same OS! The installation instructions are ok, just look at the pictures because as usual there is a translation problem and to get the
