The software is very buggy and keeps crashing. Customer support is mostly non-existent

Bought because they were cheaper than Corsair for addressable RGB with various effects and colors. Don't waste your time, spend once on a corsair and you won't regret it. In delivery state, one of the fans flickered in all settings except one static color. I made an RMA request with proof of purchase but a week later it still hasn't been approved. Crappy software that is not compatible with AS Razer.

TL:DR (Program is annoying, needs admin rights and "opens" every single fan at EVERY start. The first time I had to order a replacement. Looks good and works well when you are working on it

I don't want to write this review as my last review was rejected and no one seems interested in telling me why. Fingers crossed, that's all. I'm not particularly interested in RGB, but apparently these parts now cost about the same as non-RGB parts, and hell, there's a glass panel in my case anyway. For the most part, I love these fans, but I hated them for the first four hours. It's important to me to be able to turn off the light, but at first I couldn't. I think the instructions are a bit…

The fans are great, the controller software is terrible

I really like the fans but the software is so terrible that I only give it one star. I can change this if they fix the problems. The most important thing is the pop-up warning you get unless you specifically disable unused ports. This is easy enough to fix if you only do it for one profile. Obviously you need to disable unused ports for EACH PROFILE or else you will get stuck in an endless loop of popup warnings and the program WILL NOT OPEN for you to fix the problem.
