Perfect for my setup. I'm glad I ordered them otherwise I would have had a problem in my build. The Noctua fans I bought have a small cable. Not long enough to get to my PWM fan controller. This extension really helped with the cable to manage the fan connector. Worked like a charm out of the box!

Very easy to install. The ferrules are nice, but they can be pulled away from the connector to reveal the colored wires. It's fine if, like most people as of 2019, you're using a fan hub that has all the cables on the cable routing side. If you're connecting them directly to the motherboard, don't over-tighten them as the bend or the yellow, red, and black wires *might* be showing. Again, no big deal.

I bought these extensions to finish my new PC. The case I bought uses a splitter for the two front RGB fans, so the motherboard can't see the speed of each fan. In fact, the speed is not displayed at all. So with these I was able to remove the splitter and connect each fan to the motherboard individually as my MB has many fan connectors.
