Description of πŸ”§ Adjustable Deep Tissue Muscle Massage Release Tool - Thrival Meat Grinder for Psoas, Glute, Back, and Neck

BEST-IN-CLASS: The Thrival self-massage tool is the most versatile tool on the market as it can address nearly all muscle groups in your body. Popular for your psoas, glutes, back, neck and legs. FULLY ADJUSTABLE: Each Meat Grinder attachment head locks into the release board into one of 8 positions per each side of the board. When pointed inwards, the two attachment heads are adjustable from 2.25 - 13.5” peak-to-peak so that you can customize them to your anatomy as well as the muscle group that you are intending to release. YOU ARE YOUR OWN THERAPIST: The slanted, patent-pending design of the Meat Grinder attachment head mimics the advantageous angle of a therapist's hand. EXPANDABLE: Additional attachment heads such as the Bullseye and Roman Arch are compatible with the Thrival Release Board system. Other revolutionary attachment heads are under development and will be available in 2021. MEAT GRINDER: The Meat grinder attachment heads can even be reversed to point outwards to attack muscle groups such as your lats and obliques. When turned outwards the Meat Grinder attachment heads have an adjustable range of 7.5 - 18.5” peak-to-peak.

An amazingly versatile product

I've had this product for a few weeks now and every day I kick myself for not buying it sooner. I love how you can adjust the Thrival Grinder to fit different body parts, psoas, glutes, back and neck, etc. I had no idea how to use this product but if you go to this site there are a variety of instructional videos to help you relieve pain. From the very first time I used Thrival I felt pain relief in my hips and knees. It's so easy to use and set up that I use it every night watching TV for…

Pros
  • GRINDER: The heads of the grinder attachments can even be reversed to face outwards to target muscle groups like the lats and obliques. Turned out, the grinder attachments have an adjustable range of 7.5 to 18.5 inches tip to tip.
Cons
  • So far so good

Great Lower Back Relief

meat grinder sounds intimidating but this thing is amazing! I originally bought this when my physical therapist suggested something to work on my tight hip flexors and psoas. I used the pso ritual in her office, but after discovering the meat grinder I realized I could be more flexible with the muscle types I could hit. Oh how right I was! Since I can move my "fingers," I've also used this on the upper quads, scapula, even under the shoulder blades. But what was totally unexpected and truly…

Pros
  • YOU ARE YOUR OWN THERAPIST: The bevelled, patented grinding attachment mimics the therapist's comfortable arm angle.
Cons
  • Not sure

Great addition to my health and fitness toolbox

I bought this device to loosen stubborn muscles and for pre and post workout therapy. I've seen instant results when using it on my neck, chest, back, lower back, hip flexors and calves. I've also used it for IT (assuming the horns support IT), but progress is slower. While I gave "Comfort" a 5, it's ironic that it's actually the other way around (in a good way); Using the tool can be extremely uncomfortable for certain muscles (e.g. calves). However, this is not a design flaw, but a…
