Excellent value for money! This muffler replaced the stock muffler on my stock exhaust on my 1971 Chevy C10. This muffler was an amazing addition to my 1990 Suzuki Samurai with Thorley heads and 2" exhaust. The muffler gives the tiny 1.3 liter engine a nice deep sound. I was drawn to this Ford Ranger muffler forum because they mentioned good sound. On my samurai, the noise isn't too loud, and it doesn't sound like burning double-glazed windows with rice. I fitted this to a 1993 Toyota with a 22re and after less than 50 miles plus about an hour of idling it had already started to leak where the seam meets both ends of the muffler. It was a fairly quiet exhaust, which was nice, but I imagine the leaks will only get worse. So I bought another brand's welded muffler for $35 and installed it while it works great.
