First the bad. The specs on the Thule website list the Construct 28L as 12.6 x 12.2 x 18.9 inches. That's about the same size as the backpack it replaces. However, when I opened the box, I was surprised at how small it was. The label on the bag confirmed it was 28L. But I also noticed that the size on the label is 12.2 x 9.4 x 19.7.
